You’ll get an email that lets you know someone has bid on your task. Then you can go to “My Task” link on Dashboard, check the profile of bidder/s and choose the most suitable TASKIWI.
Your personal details are never disclosed to any party. Once a task has been assigned, only the email and contact numbers of the TASKIWI and TASKPOSTER are revealed to both parties only.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option to hire more than one TASKIWI per task. We suggest posting one task for each TASKIWI you require.
A task can be edited until such time it has not received any bid. For editing a task, simply go to “My Task” link on Dashboard and edit the task as required. A task can be cancelled as long as it has not been assigned. For cancelling a task, go to the particular Task in “My Task” link and change the status from open to close. Cancellation of task is not permitted once it has been assigned. However a cancellation may be acceptable at any stage by mutual agreement between the TASKPOSTER and TASKIWI.
When you post a task, you are given an option to select a date for Task to be done, if you haven’t got any bid by that date then the task will expire and you are required to re-post the task.
Members are encouraged to communicate with each other in order to resolve any issues amicably as they may arise. While taskiwi.co.nz, its staff or owners do not accept any responsibility/liability for the actions of TASPOSTERS or TASKIWIS whatsoever, our Member Services would be happy to help answer your questions and/or resolve any problem.
When a Task is completed, TASKIWI will change the status from Assigned to Completed and you will get an email. Then you go to “My Task” link on your dashboard and change the status of Task from Complete to Closed. Then you will be directed to leave feedback of your experience dealing with the TASKIWI. We highly recommend that you leave your feedback at this stage while it's still fresh in your mind.
While deciding the price of your task please considers these four factors.
Time- How long the task will take.
Efforts- Amount of work involved.
Distance- Consider the distance, taskiwi will have to travel to do the task.
Skills- If your task require special equipment OR unique skill, consider a high price.
While posting the task you can put the willing to pay amount as $0. Than prospective taskiwi's can post their quote and you can pick the most appropriate bidder.
Communities like taskiwi.co.nz are self-policing based on trustworthiness and providing honest feedbacks.
It is important for every TASKPOSTER to write honest and correct reviews, thereby helping other members make sound decisions in selecting a TASKIWI.
